Roofing Sales Representative

Salary:

Competitive base salary, plus commission. $80,000-$150,000 earning potential

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and cold calling.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and addressing their needs and concerns.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our roofing products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to potential customers.

Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and roof inspections, providing detailed estimates and proposals to customers.

Closing Deals: Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.

Collaboration: Work closely with the installation and customer service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
