Pay Rate:

Job Responsibilities:

Daily Job Operations: Oversee daily operations of roofing projects to ensure timely and efficient completion.

Crew Coordination: Coordinate with crew leaders to manage workflow and ensure all team members are aligned with project goals.

Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work being performed, ensuring adherence to company standards and customer specifications.

Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to optimize productivity and reduce downtime.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project, maintaining smooth operations.

Qualifications:
