Salary:
$60-$80k + commission/bonuses

Job Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Roofing Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Sales Presentations: Support the sales team in conducting presentations, roof inspections, and closing high-value deals.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, installation, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
